Rebecca began working at The O’Connor Group as an intern in 2007 and was mentored during the early part of her career by Bill O’Connor, The O’Connor Group’s founder. She held positions of art director and vice president of creative before becoming co-owner of The O’Connor Group with Raki Wright in 2019.
Rebecca develops creative strategies, corporate identities, and integrated marketing communications campaigns for clients in an array of industries, including plastics manufacturing, medical manufacturing, economic development agencies, professional services, higher education, law, retirement communities, and others. As creative director, she serves as design principal and counsel to The O’Connor Group’s clients. Rebecca holds Bachelor’s degrees in both visual communication arts and communications with a focus in advertising.
As digital strategy director, Raki develops and executes digital marketing and branding strategies to help clients communicate more effectively on mobile, social, web, and other interactive platforms.
Raki is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in communication studies. Her experience includes content marketing, social media marketing, email list building, analytics, and search engine optimization. Her client work includes social media management and web content development for clients in professional services, retail, restaurant, commercial services, and supply industries. As manager of The O’Connor Group’s analytics services, Raki is Google Analytics IQ Certified and also holds certification in Inbound Marketing from HubSpot’s Inbound Marketing University.
Over his 25-year career, Imre has worked for global market and technology leaders. For over 10 years, he managed global marketing and communications departments in multinational corporations, managing complex organizational structures, business segments, and subsidiaries in Germany and North America.
From his home base in Munich, Imre focuses on building and developing teams that perform and coordinate across the Atlantic. He has successfully implemented over 3,000 projects in the areas of brand management, marketing, corporate communication, and investor relations. Since 2018, his marketing and communications consultancy, Enabling Chief Winning Officers, has been empowering managers, start-ups, as well as SMEs globally with strategies and concepts in phases of realignment and change, as well as in times of crisis.
Mark has served a number of global companies as a consultant in creative development, marketing, branding and strategy. Most recently, Mark worked as Director of Marketing for Robertson Marketing Group, helping to manage and energize promotional programs for PepsiCo, Google, Cisco, Verizon, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and other global clients.
Mark has a history with The O’Connor Group, having served as Creative Director from 2006 to 2008. From his experience, he is very comfortable working closely with clients and translating their needs into “creative-speak” for the agency team. Having also traveled and assisted U.S.-based companies on the world stage, Mark is very excited to work with manufacturers and other companies bridge the distance between cultures.
Mark brings a varied background to his approach to writing and strategy. He currently lives on a small Virginia farm, and also worked as a producer and editor at a Los Angeles commercial production company, drawing on his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in film production from Syracuse University.

Seth Booth has served The O’Connor Group for two years as a graphic designer. He has a degree in communication design, specializing in illustration and visual design. While at The O’Connor, Seth works to develop additional skills such as website design, website development, and administrative planning—skills he has used to help new and existing clients. He has a deep-rooted passion for learning and adding to his skill set. Seth is also a talented illustrator and cartoonist.
Jennie began her marketing career at The O’Connor Group in 2004 as Administrative Assistant to the President, Bill O’Connor. She learned the ins and outs of the industry as she worked her way up to Director of Operations, a role in which she provided account service for a variety
of clients and served as project manager on everything from new websites, corporate events, and print collateral to planning and implementing communications campaigns.
She transitioned into the public sector for four years to work in municipal finance. Jennie returned to The O’Connor Group in May of 2019, where she now serves as Finance Director. Jennie holds a bachelor’s degree in business with a focus on marketing and an M.B.A.
As social media manager, Jamie is responsible for managing engaging and effective social media platforms through consistent brand voice, engaging imagery, and authentic stories.
Working closely with the Digital Strategy Director and graphic design team, she researches, creates, and publishes client content on all social media platforms.
Jamie is a graduate of the Southwestern College, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. Following a successful nursing career in her local school system, Jamie started a thriving online publication. Her more than six years’ experience as an online content creator includes successfully creating platforms from scratch, growing social media accounts, researching and creating content for clients on multiple platforms, driving target audiences to take action, and driving multi-faceted engagement.
Christina Reeser authored her first websites in 1995, when website development meant HTML syntax and tables. She continued honing her mastery of the incipient discipline, harnessing the power of Javascript, CSS, jQuery, and other tools to help clients communicate in an online world. In 2010, Christina focused on WordPress as a development platform, citing its ease of use for the client and its robust back end.
Christina worked as senior software developer for IBM, concentrating on user interfaces, and with agencies and software companies along the U.S. east coast. She has been The O’Connor Group’s chief web developer since 1996.
